Flutatious are a feisty, celtic, psy-folk band. In demand on the festival circuit they have gained a reputation for dragging folk music into the 21st century. Blending soaring melodic flute, flying fiddle, atmospheric guitars and groovy beats, this band's unique style defies any standard definition. AKAHUM
Akahum …is a high-energy 'live' act, purveyors of trancey dub vibes, funky psy grooves and thundering dance rhythms. Everything is 'hands-on', incorporating synths, samplers, guitar, bass and awesome percussionists. AKAHUM have written tracks for Daevid Allen (Gong), and sometimes Nik Turner (Hawkwind/Space Ritual) plays with them as a special guest. They have an ex-Ozric's member on board as well as a drummer who's worked for Dexy's Midnight Runners/Portishead, not to mention having played some great slots at marvelous events such as Waveform, Eden & Wickerman.
